Pauline Bingham

October 26, 1920 - July 22, 2010

Lois Pauline Rhodes Bingham, of Crittenden, KY. passed away on Thursday July 22 at her residence at the age of 89. Mrs. Bingham was born October 26, 1920 in Warsaw, KY. to the late Albert Finley Rhodes and Pauline Cade Nicholson Rhodes. Mrs. Bingham was a retired book keeper and hospital administrator for the Grant County Hospital. She was a long time member of the Crittenden Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher, treasurer and Junior Department Director. Mrs. Bingham was a member of the Grant County Homemakers, the Grant County Historical Society and the Grant County Women's Club. Mrs. Bingham was preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years, Wilbur Douglas Bingham who passed away March 4. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Bingham was preceded in death by sisters: Iona Linder, Ruth Lucas and Rachel Brewster. She was also preceded by brothers: Ellsworth Williams, Albert Rhodes and Jim Rhodes. Mrs. Bingham leaves to mourn her passing 2 daughters: Patricia S. Kinman of Dry Ridge, KY. and Kathy L. Bingham of Chicago, IL. She has 2 sons: Douglas M. (Jacque) Bingham of Northville, MI. and Gregory S. Bingham of Oakton, VA. She has 9 grandchildren: Bill Bingham & Laura Bingham, both of Atlanta, Ga., Casey (Kristi) Kinman, Betsy (Ryan) True & Cody Kinman, all of Dry Ridge, KY., Nathan Bingham & Rachel Bingham, both of Oakton, VA., Stephanie Downs of Concord, CA. & Ted Downs of Los Angeles, CA. Mrs. Bingham has 2 great grandchildren: Emmy Kinman & Tucker Kinman, both of Dry Ridge, KY. Funeral services for Mrs. Bingham will be conducted Tuesday, July 27 at 11:00 am at the Crittenden Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Page & Rev. Bobby Barnes officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Monday, July 26 from 5-9 pm and on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
