Jessica Anne Faulkner

Mrs. Jessica Anne Galvin Faulkner of Derwood, Maryland and formerly of Northern Kentucky passed away at her home Monday, March 2 at the age of 38.  Jessica was born December 30, 1981 in Norwalk, Ohio to Barbara Edmonds Galvin and the late Michael Lawrence Galvin.  Jessica was a waitress for many years and had worked for the Cracker Barrel Restaurants.  She was a member of the Mt. Olivet Christian Church in Williamstown, KY.

Jessica was preceded in death by her father:  Michael L. ("Mike" "Apple") Galvin and her brother: Mike Galvin.

On February 1, 1999 she was united in marriage to Joshua C. Faulkner and she is survived by her husband of 21 years.  She is also survived by a son: Trenton Faulkner of Derwood, MD., 3 daughters: Taylor Faulkner in the United States Navy and stationed in San Diego, CA., Hannah Faulkner of Derwood, MD., Haylee Faulkner of Derwood, MD., her mother: Barb Gene Edmonds Galvin of Vevay, IN., a sister: Niki Ferguson of Burlington, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessica Anne Galvin Faulkner will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday, March 10 at the Mt. Olivet Christian Church, 400 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY. 41097 with Rev. Dave Cahoon officiating.  Visitation will also be at the Mt. Olivet Christian Church on Monday, March 9 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Heekin-Lawrenceville Road.  Those serving as pallbearers are Cody Elmore, Trenton Faulkner, Dave Scott, Bob Galvin, Durbin Kerr, Ceegan Ferguson, Roger Neumeister, Michael (Woody) Dunn.  Honorary pallbearers are: Alex Dunn, Dean Faulkner, Mark (Chief) Sylvain, and Matt Hall.  Memorial contributions if desired may be directed to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, 110 North Carpenter Street, Chicago, IL. 60607 or the family wishes to invite those attending the visitation and service to bring a toy for the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
